In the last years of his life, Michelangelo scribbled "ancora imparo" ("still I am learning") in the margin of one of his sketches. In celebration of lifelong learning!
It is with deep sorrow that I share the news of the death of my cat, who has been a loving and sweet companion to me for thirteen years.

So sorry to learn of the loss of your feline friend. Our little (but old) canine companion left us today. It's rough when they have to leave us behind.
Sorry to hear of your loss - it's rough, for sure. My family pup, Domino Dalmatian, died about two months ago. She too was a great friend and companion and an old, experienced soul.
Otherwise, hope you're well...

I just stumbled across your blog through Ravelry and wanted to express my condolences. I know how difficult it is to lose one of our precious pets. I feel your pain.
I'm so sorry that your lovely kitty has passed away.
I just happened by (looking up 'ancora imparo')sorry to hear about the loss of Princess; perhaps she has met my Ashby in the Place where they wait for us. I enjoyed the giggles of the wee person. I also enjoyed the engineer stories; I will share them with my engineer husband. Lastly, I enjoyed the blue glass piece. Beautiful work.
